At the Afghan Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, ministry is not just something we do, it’s a response to what God is doing among us. Each ministry is shaped by love, humility, and a desire to serve others in Jesus’ name.

Church: We gather weekly to worship, hear the Word, and grow in fellowship. Our worship services are simple, Spirit-filled, and rooted in Scripture. We believe church is not a building, but a family where everyone belongs, no matter where they are in their faith journey.

Home Groups & Discipleship: We gather in small groups across different locations to pray, read the Bible, and grow together in faith. These gatherings are like a journey of discipleship, where we walk side by side, learn from God's Word, encourage one another, and follow Jesus together in everyday life.

Children & Youth: We invest in the next generation through joyful, engaging, and spiritually meaningful programs. Our desire is to help Afghan children and youth know God, grow in wisdom, and walk in His love and purpose.

 

Women’s Ministry: We provide a safe and respectful space where Afghan women can grow in faith, pray together, and journey toward healing, identity, and spiritual strength, supported by fellowship and teaching.

 

Newcomer Support: We warmly welcome Afghan newcomers and refugees with practical care, emotional support, and spiritual encouragement. We want every person to feel safe, seen, and valued as they build a new life in Canada.

 

Prayer & Intercession: Prayer is foundational to our church. We regularly pray for one another, for families, for the Afghan people, and for the nations. We believe that prayer changes heart, opens doors, and aligns us with God’s will.
